Product Description
Perfect for health care facilities, nursing stations, patient and examination rooms or public planning areas, the Peter Pepper Express 4808 is a large folding wall desk with custom options built-in, such as a tackable panel and pen shelf. The ability to fold down the work surface allows the desk to be out of the way, but ready for use when you need it. The 4808 may be ordered in your choice of 8 different wood finishes and 27 colors and fabrics and an optional lock. You also need to select the exterior color of the door. These units secure to the wall using an aluminum cleat and bracket system, which is included. The extended work surface is rated to support 35 pounds. The optional self-closing door mechanism retracts the door when weight is removed.

Peter Pepper Products agrees that the goods it sells will be basically as described in the Peter Pepper Products catalogs.
However, Peter Pepper Products retains the right to modify or change the composition, design, sizes and appearance of the goods, if in Peter Pepper Products' judgement, this is advisable.
Peter Pepper Products warrants that the goods it sells will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the invoice date. All porcelain enamel writing surfaces are warranted for the lifetime of the original installation under normal atmospheric conditions.
Peter Pepper Products does not provide any further statement of fact, promise, representation or affirmation with respect to the quality or description of the goods it sells.
It is expressly understood and agreed that no other express or implied warranties of any nature, including implied warranties of fitness/merchantability apply to goods sold by Peter Pepper Products.
In the event a product does not conform to the foregoing warranties, the buyer's sole remedy will be for replacement or repair of parts, at Peter Pepper Products' option.
Any warranty claim must be made promptly by written notice to Peter Pepper Products. Any claim not made within the warranty period is waived.
Peter Pepper Products shall have no other obligation of any kind. In no event shall Peter Pepper Products be liable to any party for any incidental or consequential damages.
