Purchasing from SunhouseOffice.com constitutes acceptance of our current terms and conditions as defined on this page.
Important Warranty Disclaimers
Warranties for all products on SunhouseOffice.com are provided solely on the basis of the product manufacturer's warranty. SunhouseOffice.com offers no warranties that replace or augment a manufacturer warranty.
All products are sold "as is" and both the implied warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty that goods are fit for a particular use are disclaimed.
All oral express warranties are disclaimed.

These summaries are created as a convenience and neither replace nor augment the official policies of the product's manufacturer, are not intended as express warranties, and are disclaimed as express warranties.

Changes and Cancellations
Most items sold by SunhouseOffice.com are custom-produced to your specifications; production of these items, once commenced, may not be cancelled without financial harm to the manufacturer. Accordingly, changes or cancellations may only be made with our written agreement and a cancellation fee may be assessed dependent on the progress of your order at the manufacturer. Some custom orders may not be able to be canceled at all.
Returns and Re-Stocking Fees
Most items sold by SunhouseOffice.com are custom-produced to your specifications, so returns are more strictly controlled than items purchased off-the-shelf; manufacturers may be unable to break-down and reuse returned items or to do so only at significant expense. Accordingly, returns may only be made with the manufacturer's prior written agreement in the form of an Return Material Authorization obtained via SunhouseOffice.com.
- Returns are accepted at the sole discretion of the product manufacturer. As an independent dealer, we have no control over the manufacturer's decision.
- Restocking fees vary by manufacturer but may be up to 35% of the purchase price. Please contact us if you would like to know the restocking fee on a specific item.
- Return packing and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Your purchase will be refunded, less restocking fees, on all items returned to the manufacturer in a condition the manufacturer deems salable. If the manufacturer does not deem the item salable then the purchase price of the item will not be refunded.
Limitations on Disputing Charges
You agree that you will not dispute a payment charge made by SunhouseOffice.com when the dispute is intended as a mechanism to cancel an order in production or in cases when a manufacturer has refused to accept a return or offers only a partial refund for a return.
Errors on the Site
SunhouseOffice.com reserves the right to make changes or modifications to products and pages shown on this site. Errors on this site created due to changes or modifications by manufacturers, either by changes in specifications or pricing, will be communicated to the purchaser when relevant to an order-in-process and the purchaser will have the right to cancel the order-in-process without penalty if it is due to a manufacturer's change or modification.
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas applicable to agreements negotiated, executed and performed entirely within the State of Texas. This agreement supersedes and will have precedence over any other agreements between you and any other parties within the broadest scope of such terms and conditions which are contained herein. Both parties agree to seek Arbitration through a nationally recognized arbitration organization to resolve disagreements prior to seeking legal recourse through the court system except in the case of criminal actions in which SunHouse Group reserves the right to immediately file charges.
Any cost of collecting unpaid debts, including arbitration fees, court costs, or attorney fees will be the responsibility of the debtor to pay and will be added to the original debt and you specifically agree to this clause.
Any claim or action brought by one of the parties in connection with usage of this site and this agreement shall be brought in the appropriate State or Federal court located in Travis County, Texas and both parties specifically consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
