The medical chart holders in this section are HIPAA-compliant because they are designed to prevent casual observers from seeing patient information on charts stored in the chart holder.

Door Mounting?

All of the chart holders in this section may be wall-mounted, but if your intention is to mount the chart holder on a door, please be aware of the following:

• To keep charts from falling out of the chart holder when the door opens or closes, choose a pocket-style chart holder or be sure your selection has some sort of side panels and a large lip on the bottom shelf.
• It is the responsibility of the installer to use the correct mounting method; commercial doors are often hollow and care must be taken to ensure that the chart holder is mounted securely. If you have questions about mounting any chart holder, please contact us for support.

Customizations

With few exceptions, our medical chart holders are custom-built to order based on the choices made at the time of purchase, like wood and paint finishes, materials for front panels, and front panel styles.
